The Officer will issue free of charge a copy of your modified or added personal information or, as the case may be, an attestation that your personal information has been deleted. In addition, he undertakes to immediately inform all persons who have received this information in the six months prior to your request and the person from whom the information was obtained, as necessary.
The Officer will keep the personal information that is the subject of your access or correction request for such time as is necessary for you to exhaust the recourses provided by law.

When you browse the Internet, your browser detects whether the connection is protected and displays a padlock icon above the page to indicate that communication to the server is secure.
All confidential data that is sent between your device and the https://meutemonde.com/ website is effectively encrypted to ensure the confidentiality of your information.

Personal information retention period
We retain your personal information for as long as may be required by law or as long as it may be necessary to do so for the purposes set out in this Policy.
Meute Monde has a legitimate interest in keeping your personal information for future reference or to follow up on a job application.
Once your personal information has been used for the intended purposes or upon your request, Meute Monde will destroy or anonymize this information, subject to any retention period provided for by law or any lawful retention purpose.

Moreover, if you consented to your personal information being shared with third parties, such information will be used and kept in accordance with these third parties’ policies, for which Meute Monde cannot be held responsible.
Confidentiality incidents
The term “confidentiality incident” means:
- Access not authorized by law to personal information;
- Use not authorized by law of personal information;
- Communication not authorized by law of personal information; or
- Loss of personal information or any other breach of the protection of such information.
If Meute Monde has reasons to believe that a confidentiality incident has occurred, it will take reasonable measures to reduce the risk of injury and prevent new incidents of the same nature from occurring.
Meute Monde maintains a registry of confidentiality incidents, which contains the facts about the privacy breach, the personal information affected by the confidentiality incident, its impact, the persons concerned and the measures taken to address the situation.
If the confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, Meute Monde will diligently notify the Commission d’accès à l’information established by the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information and all persons whose information was affected by this incident.
Meute Monde may also notify any other person or body that could reduce the risk, by communicating to the person or body only the personal information necessary for that purpose. In the latter case, the Officer must record the communication of the information. Notwithstanding the paragraph above, a person whose information is concerned by the confidentiality incident need not be notified so long as doing so could hamper an investigation conducted by a person or body responsible by law for the prevention, detection or repression of crime or statutory offences.
The Officer will provide notice to the Commission d’accès à l’information and any person concerned as soon as possible, in accordance with statutory provisions.
